Join campaigns like Gig Workers Rising or Rideshare Drivers United pushing for fair pay and benefits.

Share resources from movements like The Nap Ministry or Slow Work that resist burnout and glorified precarity.

Use resources from the Department of Labor, ILO (International Labour Organization), or Know Your Rights campaigns.

Support legislation like the PRO Act (Protecting the Right to Organize) or local minimum wage and paid leave initiatives.

Encourage participatory decision-making through models like sociocracy, holacracy, or by supporting Democracy at Work Institute.

Join worker strikes, sign petitions, or contribute to strike funds like the Emergency Workplace Organizing Committee (EWOC).
